IMPORTANT NEW UPDATE – 8/28/20
CVI Announces Guidelines for Online Accredited Education Programs
CVI is taking our accredited CME/CEU/SDMS/VOICE programs online and we invite you to join us! Until there is widespread availability of an effective FDA approved vaccine for COVID-19, CVI will transition all our accredited continuing education programs online. Our accredited providers require some additional guidelines for us to grant CME/CEU/SDMS/VOICE credits in this new format.
CVI offers a calendar of live, in-person accredited continuing education programs (CME/CEU/SDMS/VOICE) including clinical cardiology, multi-modality cardiac imaging in women, echocardiography, electrophysiology and nuclear cardiology/PET imaging. As well, CVI hosts an in-depth program for cardiology fellows with an interest in interventional cardiovascular medicine.
CVI also organizes a variety of informal, non-accredited focused-topic seminars on lipid management, coronary-structural-peripheral disease, diabetes, heart failure, arrhythmia management and more.
Additionally, CVI has launched a series of non-accredited online education/informational programs including CVI Heartbites; offering physicians and allied healthcare professionals an opportunity to view educational segments at their convenience.
