CVI Announces Guidelines for In Person Accredited Education Programs

We continue our commitment to take active steps to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all healthcare professionals who join us for our CVI educational programs. With that in mind, we pledge to make every effort to reduce the spread of COVID and other viruses at CVI events.

Please review before registering for our in-person CVI education programs:

  • All registrants, faculty, exhibitors and staff are required to upload proof of COVID vaccination prior to attending any CVI program
  • We require that all hotel service staff (indoors) remain masked when interacting with CVI program guests
  • Although not required, we recommend that all guests wear appropriate masks/face coverings while attending indoor CVI education programs when not actively eating, drinking or speaking from the podium.
  • A color-coded system on name tags is used to disclose your level of interaction preference.
  • We require that host facilities increase the number of restroom cleanings throughout the day
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the meeting space
  • Seating will be spaced out as much as possible in the meeting room
  • Attendees have the option of eating lunch in a dining room setting or at their conference seat to allow for increased distancing

Any questions, or suggestions on how we can add to our new CVI safety protocols are welcomed.
